Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the shoes must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product, you may request an exchange within the 7-day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item requested is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team. The refund will be processed through your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
